How do I contact Bashaer?
Use the contact form, or email idanishi001@gmail.com, or call the number on that page. WhatsApp is there too. A return or a price request starts the same way, with your order number if you have one.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan and takes 2 to 4 days, with TCS, Leopards or M&P. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Details are on the shipping page.
How do I return or exchange a pair?
An unworn pair in its original box can be swapped within 7 days of delivery. Outbound delivery is not refunded. Start it on the returns page or the contact form, and include your order number. We reply by email and tell you where to send photos.
Why do some sofas say “Ask for a price”?
Shoes and priced furniture go through the cart and checkout. A sofa without a saved price is made to order, so the product page sends you to the contact form with that model already named. We reply with the price by email. It is not a WhatsApp-only order.
Where are the daily wholesale lots?
Approved wholesale buyers see daily lots at the lots page. New shops apply from the wholesale link in the menu.
Are the shoes original?
Yes. They are original branded pairs bought as export surplus. They are not factory seconds and they are not copies. Most styles are one pair.
